Is there anyone that can provide motorcycle training in the los angeles area?

Hi, im located in beverly hills, ca. I own a 2001 kawasaki ninja 500. I have a lisence and can operate a motorcycle. The problem is that im not smooth when it comes to changing gears it all. So my question is, is there anyone in the area that can train me on the bike for an hour or so. i took the msf class and passed it. but i got my bike like 6 months later so i lost all that they taught me.
